|Recommended: NoHonest Opinion — The apartments are pretty run-down, all the hallways smell, and the paint jobs are horrible. For 1,200 bucks, it would be worth it, but over 1,500 is ridiculous for what you get. For the price you pay here, you could get a way nicer apartment elsewhere.

Cons
-windows are bent so air comes in perpetually through a crack in between the panes because the latch pushes them apart instead of latching
-Apt carpets were dirty on arrival not vacuumed
|Recommended: NoDamage to apartment from previous residents in addition to non working appliances. — Damage to apartment from previous residents, vacuum cleaner doesn't work, stains and damage to walls from previous residents.

|Recommended: NoNot fully organized — Changes are made after being told there won’t be any.Then you’re told it’s up to you to facilitate the changes and they can’t do anything to help. Front desk workers are very sweet people and they’ll try to help as best as possible but they can’t really fix the issue when they’re only following instructions.
Overall nice apartment, just terrible management decisions made that affect residents.
